1. Do you ship International? 
Yes we do, we ship worldwide.  If you can't find your shipping location at checkout, please email us at info@pineapplepaperie.com with your location and we would be happy to open our shipping destinations to reach you. 

2. How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping of $3.00 within the US. International shipping costs vary, it can be calculated (in real-time USPS rates) upon check out. 

3. How will my order be shipped?
We ship via USPS First Class.  If your order is over 1lb. you will be upgraded to Priority at no additional cost.

4. How long will it take to process my order?
It takes us 1-3 business days to process your order.  Expect delays during the holidays.

5. I found something wrong with my order. What do I do?
Please contact us at info@pineapplepaperie.com and include your order number. We're here to help in any way we can.

6. I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do? 
We are unable to change the order once it is placed.  Please, please, please check your shipping address before completing your order. 

7. Where do I enter my discount code?
A discount code can be added at checkout.  Any discount code must be entered at the time of purchase.

8. Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely! Once your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. 

9. I did not receive my order. What do I do?
We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages.  Contact your local Post Office to open a claim if you do not receive your package.

10. Can I cancel or return my order? 
All sales are final. We do not process returns or cancellations. 

11. I can't find what I'm looking for. Do you take requests? 
Of course! Email us at info@pineapplepaperie.com.  We'll try our best to restock an item or bring in something new that you'd like to see in our store.

12. Can I pick up my order?
If you reside on Oahu or are visiting we may be able to meet you to pick up your order instead.  Keep in mind that this option may delay your order depending on our availability.  Contact us at info@pineapplepaperie.com for more information.
